Westport Salsa Club

Walsh's Bar (also known as Blouser's), James Street, Westport, County Mayo

Westport Salsa Club (Salsamania Westport) was established in 2000 by Gearóid O Ríain in The Atlantic Coast Hotel at Westport quay. A year later the club moved to the Westport Inn (now called The Mill Times Hotel) and after a couple of trial nights in a few more venues finally settled in Blouser's on James Street in 2003. During these years groups of members have travelled throughout Ireland to different clubs and and have also gone to Brazil on two occasions.

Classes

Classes every Wednesday evening at the following times:

• Beginner: 7:30pm
• Improver: 8:30pm
• Intermediate: 9:30pm

Club dancing from 10:30pm till late. The cost per class is €10, which covers classes and club afterwards.

Come and join us for a fun night out. No experience or partner necessary. Partners will be rotating throughout classes.
